Don't know if anyone other that Vicky will know this...actually i think i've mentioned it to Watson, but i loved the Famous Five growing up, by Enid Blyton. And i suddenly had the urge to find the programme that was done in 1996 as i <3'd that!! But apparently it is only on VHS!! and i want it on DVD. . though someone on Ebay was selling it from Spain. . should have seen if they work in a UK DVD player.. *goes for a goose* . . .i found it!! £50.00 + £10.00 P&P!! and UK DVD...wow yeahy and all episodes. . .i'm in love

That and i also want a First Edition Jane Austen book. . . going for around £10,000 . . .so if i blow my Student Grant money and max out my credit card. . . and sell my body on the streets- no wait..not sure that would fetch even enough money to buy a postacard :P lol. . .

Anyways beddies byes.. need my sleep for peoples birthdays :D

What a day Sunday was, it was ace!! Us and the kids went to Belton House, now i'd never heard of it until we went. We went on the adventrue playground and on a mini train ride and then inside the house!! Belton House is a grand old house which was owned by Lord Brownlow until they gave it to the National Trust. Kind Edward VII (i think- well the one that abdicated and married the American Wallice Simpson) stayed there many a time and blah blah blah.
It was a gorgeous house and grounds and we got to try on clothes of that period!! I have pictures!! Though i can't transfer them from my phone. The outfits really suited my ginger curly hair apparently! I wore a busel!! That's like one of the big bums on dresses...

Anywhoo the best bit was that PRIDE AND PREJUDICE WAS FILMED THERE!!! The scenes at Rosings and the desk from 'The Blue Room' was used, probably when Darcy wrote his letter to Lizzy. But as i <3 P&P soooo much this was great!! i was enthralled anyway as i love period houses but i loved it even more when i found out part of P&P was filmed there!! It was like the best day EVER!!! I could tell that the front of the house was used and that- wait! OMG! i walked up the same steps to the front door as Collin Firth did...well screw that. . AS DARCY DID!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D and C. Forster and Lizzy and- etc :p But since then i've been wanting to watch P&P :D

I've been to Chatsworth House before but never in it so thats my next conquest...i've been in the gardens but i wanna go inside!! :D

On today's note i've painted nearly all the flat and varnished a couple of doors though i've run out of paint. At dinner i had the best jacket potatoe!!(From the Greedy Pig- hence the title of this post) It was gorgeous! With butter/cheese and beans but the cheese had all melted as she put it back in the microwave and it was just yum!

I'm at my aunties in Derbyshire painting a new apartment they've created under the Post Office they own....my hand is killing me i think i have repetative strain injury or something from clutching the rollers/brushes. It kills.
However on Thursday/Friday i got to work in the Post Office shop serving cappuccinos/ lattes sweets/cake/ cards etc. I'm a dab hand at using the coffee machine and frothing/steaming milk to make a drink luxurious :P The best part is that i get to use the till :D wow so fun... at times it does hate me but i get over it with a sub-total.
Also i'm wondering if i should file a claims form as i burnt my hand on hot milk, banged my eblow on the corner of the coffee machine and banged my head on the corner of a overhead cupboard. I am one of the clumsiest people i know!!!

I somehow managed to get up at 8:20am today after Story of the Year yesterday!! Go me, though i did get in at 5pm and go to sleep till 8pm.
Story was good despite they didn't play some songs i would have liked them too and i had the songs they didn't play in my head for the rest of the evening and all today before my test.

I passed my theory test :D :D :D :D

I got 34/35 on the theory bit, i know which question i got wrong and i got 55 on the Hazard Perception Test, so all in all a good test, i am very pleased!

Well i suppose it also helps that i got both of Yellowcards albums too today of someone *-) :P Thank you again!! :D

My mum has her operation on thursday so i have to get up at 6am!! Tis only keyhole so she should only be in for one day

Finally i've some college work to do which sucks! But it's gotta be done especially as it's for my french speaking exam!! :S ARGH! :P Thats not till 7/8th of May though

I'm supposed to be going in to college on wednesday as well but i can't get in *sigh* :P so i'm not going.

ok so i've not updated in aaaaaaaages and i thought i'd better :D

Exams (over!! :D):
French: listening (resit)semi-pants
reading (resit)pants
writing (resit)semi-pants = sucess! *rolls eyes*

English Language (resit)- i feel like it went better than AS hopefully it was better enough to give me a B.

AS Geography- im not happy with it but i'll see what happens

Law (resit)- pants :D but doesn't matter too much


A2 Law - i felt it went really well! but i've stopped thinking about it as i starting to wonder i put the right cases with the right scetions etc

A2 English Language - i wont have done any better than i have in class because it's not something i can revise/ work on...but i ahve figured i've set it out wrong....soo we'll see :/

I've also now got 5/6 uni offers for Chester, Staffs, UWE, KEELE and KENT!! Staffs and UWE are scrapped as i've Chester. Chris is taking me to Keele as thats where he went and knows his way around, My dad is taking me to Chester and i'm planning a trip to Kent!

Thursday me and Rach spent the night at Helen's and the clumsy idiot i am spilt blue VK stuff on her CREAM carpet!!! *rolls eyes* we spent the night with Helen giving me and Rach black emo eyes mwhahaha and alking in a weird voice that once i start i can't stop.

Friday was brilliant!!! Went shopping with Vicky at White Rose after college and bought some trainers and some stuff from Le Senza. I also was logical :D and Vicky praised me for it :D so on a bigger high :P:P:P:P

right must dash..i've got some French to do :/
